Until 2008, I'm sticking with XP. My mom's friend who works at Microsoft says they should have fixed most bugs that are on Vista by then, so I'm waiting for a few more months.
As for you:
1. Go bak to XP
Or maybe..
2. Try putting batteries in your keyboard.... usually works for all of us :P

Solutions:

1. Buy new keyboard.

2. Get new computer.

3. Deal with it

Instead of getting a new computer, just downgrade the software until VISTA becomes stable.

Or stick with #2, but get a computer that pwns.. Like that Dell XPS 720H2C. You know, the one with the built-in air conditioner..
