    I need help.

    Who knows a good cure for neck pain. I've got really bad neck pain, in the back, and it's affecting my jaw. I can barely open my jaw because of the pain.

    If anyone knows any good cures for neck pain, PLEASE TELL ME!!!

                  thats apart of a tension headache ice packs, a hot shower, neck massage should all help that

                          im sry i get a combo of migriane and tension headaches so my doctors gave me "make the pain go away pills"
                          i would give you some but its not like thats going to happen

                                  hot bath and sleep on the floor. Hell, likely laying on the floor will likely help some as it is.

                                          ...or lay down and sleep a bit. Depends on what type of pain it is. some pain just won't go away and you might want to eventually see a doctor or a specialist. if it's something like a stiff neck, just lay down, put some warmth on it, and stay there for a while.

                                                  Whatever you do, do NOT go to a chiropractor. They're quacks who basically work on the placebo effect. They might be able to do back adjustments that might help, but NEVER let them touch your neck. NEVER. They do absurd things to it that can rupture arteries and cause strokes. NOTHING they do to your neck has any medical merit, so don't risk your life by going to one.

                                                  Don't go to one in the first place, but NEVER let them touch your neck if you decide to try.
