    NEED HELP( great computer knowledge probably needed)

    hey. i didnt really know where to put this, but it is very bad. Recently i have been having a problem with my computer. I downloaded maple story game client; then the next day when i tried to start my computer it went black and said Lsass.exe error-unable to locate component. i have no idea what it means or what it is. ive been looking on the net for similar cases or how to stop it, but noone relly knows how. Most ppls just restarts their computer every 60 seconds, but mine wont even let me log in. It starts the windows xp start thing, screen goes black, error pops up, click ok and tries again. Idk what to do. pls help.

    ps. sry if this is unclear to ppl. idk what it is so idk how to describe it

      Scrap it, get a new computer. They're practically free nowadays anyway.

              First don't use txt tlk.

              And all you need to do is use a system restore.
              OR
              Open your computer in safe mode and uninstall maplestory, following a registry scan.

                      ermmmmmmmm, i think ur computer has a virus. u might wanna check that out. get spyware er something!

                          rist off...im 14 and dont got a job so like 600$ is not free to me. and i cant even open it in safe mode...so i cant run any programs or uninstall anything.

                          i looked stuff up on it and ppl say its not a virus, it might b a bug, and often happens after downloads.

                                          i cant load anything...i cant get past the start-up screen. cant get to my desktop or internet..so idk what to do

                                              Ok this dosen't sound good dude..
                                              Your best bet would be to use a system restore CD.
                                              It should have come with your computer and should explain how to use it.
                                              It will erase EVERYTHING from your computer, but if you cant even start it, this is probably your best bet.

                                                  ya...ive been looking and as far as ive seen it sounds like there isnt really a cure except clearing ur commputer...but i dont really know how to do that...i might b able to get help from a computer ginius i know...but id probably b like 3 weeks...as for a disk ill try to look for it. OS?...im sry i only play on my computer..idk what stuff is....can u tell me what that is?

                                                          The CD should have come with the computer when you bought it, and it's really easy to use. You just insert it in your CD drive (the thing where you put games cd's).
                                                          The computer should do the rest.

                                                          Edit Fido: Yes, reformation is what im talking about. I didn't think he'd know what i mean though.
