New here and just got banned

Hey guys just read through rules and i didnt see any forums about this so im posting it here since it said "all other topics here'. Just was on ffr multiplayer chatting when all of a sudden some guy who i wont mention the name of comes in spamming. Call for mod 3 times. I have a relative 122wpm typing speed last i checked. I can type really fast. For some reason i was banned for "spamming" im guessing? I didnt spam at all. spamming covers the whole screen and is repeating the same message over and over. Never did that. Of course there is no ban appeal in this game. I dont see why not? I should be able to argue in my defence. Why should randomly picked moderators ban me wrongfully. Ive actually had this same incident happen once before. Id either like my account unbanned or be able to appeal my offence. Its not fair that im banned for typing fast. Moderators should have to send in a message saying what they did and give a warning. I was talkingt to some kid who thought i was spamming. He kept repeatedly over and over stating i was spamming when clearly i did not. I said "No actually im not spamming"
"I just type fast". All i get back is a quick message saying "yes you did" and get banned. Not fair and unconsitutional. I did not spam at all. I sent 3 messages once saying MOD. Because the person in general was filling up my entire chat screen. This is unjust. It angers me to see how badly they treat the players. I suggest a better form of moderation.

Spam doesn't necessarily mean filling up the screen and repeating the same message over and over. Spam can also be a single stupid message you sent. That's also why this post can be considered spam. Because it's pointless and retarded. Bringing your problems to Chit Chat won't help anything, you're just doing it to whine about authority. So, when you turn 13, you can come back to the site. Until then, suck it up.

saying anything three times in a row in quick succession is spamming in my eyes, and even if it isn't, it's obnoxious, unneeded, and uncalled for.

my advice for the future would be to either slow down on your typing speed, type more in each line before entering it, or not to repeat what you're saying for any reason. beyond that, if someone else is spamming... spamming MOD 3 times is not an appropriate solution to the problem. if there is a mod in the chat, they'll take care of it. if not, your best solution would be to contact a mod for them to handle it.

oh yea, finally, the mods are most certainly not randomly picked. that's quite a silly statement.

You weren't banned for typing fast; you were banned for typing too little and hitting the return key too frequently.

Moderators should have to send in a message saying what they did and give a warning.

I've always said that in order to actually establish once and for all that on a privately owned and operated website, you have precisely the rights the owner decides to let you have an no more, someone like Synth should issue a completely ridiculous decree like "All posts must rhyme, or you face a 1-day ban" just to really point out that "unconstitutional" isn't really something you can apply to a website that has no actual real "location" inside a country.
