Is it not the right thing to do? Why or why not? I do it once in a while (3 times month), but I try not to for some reason. After I do it I feel ashamed.. and I'm atheist.

Don't feel bad. Humans have natural urges, and when there is no one else around to satiate our natural urges, it's OK to do it ourselves.

god didn't give us arms, they are a product of evolution and natural selection but that's a different discussion.

you are your own person, if you choose to fap then that's your decision, and you shouldn't let anyone or the consequences they present change your mind. i feel this is true for just about every situation in life, besides of course illegal activity, those consequences should be taken into account.
