Well, seriously, about the rules, he TECHNICALLY broke the rules, but nobody pays attention to those, (like the age rule) unless it's obvious (which I think so, and I can assume some others do, as well). But basically, people are getting pissed off, and he has no reason to keep his avatar.

My point is that they're both things that people find offensive, and they're both things that were posted on a public board. By Scar and Omeganitros's logic, Yoshi shouldn't have been banned because he posted something that people find offensive because they could just not look at it.
