    im gettin a tat on my shoulder blade for my 17th birthday. (october 1)

                              Honestly, I'd say it's a bad idea. From what you said, I'm assuming the tattoo will be decent sized, and you'll probably hate it ten years from now. It's up to you, of course, but I personally wouldn't get a tattoo larger than a few inches.

                                  itll be about 7 inches tall... maybe.
                                  and your supposed to keep your tat proportional to the part of the body part its going to be on.
                                  im thinkin bout becoming a tattoo artist so i know alot about tattoos.

                                      NO. 7 inches is a bit too big, you more then likely will hate it some day.
