The whole point around FFR is to build a community around FFR. Some people play the game, others don't. But we are all part of the community. We all have a purpose, by making the FFR community grow.

FFR is a community, if we didn't have a forum it would be much harder to communicate about Scores, Submitting Simfiles etc. So make your next post a bit more meaningful.

Whether you're right or wrong (and you happen to be the latter), it's not very smart to flame the entire community. I flame 'em one at a time (cuz all disagreement is flaming, right?) and I already got somebody's fist up my ass.

Oh, and GamerShadow, something tells me a lot of those 1.2 million users are not unique users. That is to say, a large portion of that number is comprised of either inactive users or mule accounts.

We definitely wouldn't be FFR without the people who play the games, but some of us have just lost the desire to play.

Personally I find it impossible to play well on my laptop. I still show the game to my friends and get them hooked, if only for a few minutes, but the community is what keeps me coming back.

Features like the forum, the chat room, and FFRspace are there to draw more members, to get the word out to more people, and to make the site worth running.

PS locking so people will stop being jerks.
