I banned him before I even saw what was on the video, due to all the advertisements involved.

Well, that and the fact that I saw the letters "BME" in the first frame of the video. You're right in that it's not exactly porn, but it is exposed genitalia one way or the other (even if it's getting hacked open by hatchets).
