Most people try to go for the easy way out, so they go for those "LOSE 5038345 POUNDS WITH THESE PILLS" Of course the pills don't work, and the people figure they can still eat the same food, and yeah >_>

You have the option to not eat fast food, and to tear yourself away from games and television.

People get obeise because they eat too much food, they are depressed, and because they are extremely lazy. Obesity can also be from genetics. It drives me nuts because they complain about being fat. Go to the gym and work your ass off, thats how you loose weight. Stay commited to a workout plan.
