Multiple Window Focus

Hey there everyone, I have a bit of a problem, maybe some of you higher level computer users can help?

Me and my girlfriend both play World of Warcraft (she forces me), and it's getting very tiring just watching each other play, we are looking for a way for both of us to play at once.

Now I have dual monitor display, and a damn fast computer, and I noticed that I can run two instances of WoW at once.

Now... I want to be able to have my computer's "Focus" on both of these windows at once. I will be running two keyboards and mouses through my computer (Using an Autohotkey script for the second keyboard, and remapping the keys on WoW).

My question, are there any programs on the web that will send input to two different windows at once?

I come here after spending an hour on google, I hear that there's some crazy script stuff that prevents it, and the one way this would be possible is if I had a program that was like "The manager program" and it sent orders to two "Goon" programs, (being the WoW windows)...

I just want to send input to two windows at the same time.

I suppose it could be possible, but I don't know of any scripts that assign input to specific windows. It seems too broad of a task.

I have considered all possible options, and these two seem the most reasonable:

1. Get a second computer.
2. Never play world of Warcraft again.

While windows has supported the use a multiple displays since 98, they've never actually implemented any support for using both displays. I often have a media player on my secondary monitor playing a movie or a tv show, and if i have it full screen, if i try to do any work on my primary it dumps me out of full screen. Same is true for vice versa. So any script you'll use will have to provide support for that annoyance.

WoW can be windowed, and there are many nifty 3rd party applications out there...

I just can't seem to find the right one, this one here is very complicated, wondering if any of you could tell me if this will help me with what I'm looking for:

There's software which allows you to have multiple desktops on different monitors (made for group computer use), I'm sure with two video cards and the right software you can do this easily.

Would it allow input into both desktops at once? I've heard about stuff like, running another OS inside of your OS (Such as running a windowed windows 98).
