Please, I need help for StepMania !!!

Ok, I don't really know were to put this thread so here it is. When I download SM and some song I was like "Yeah I will play SM" and when I played I was like "**** I forgot that I need the arrows to go down" I search a way to put them like I wanted but I don't find it. It would REALLY help me if you could tell me how. If we can make the arrows go down of course.

Edit: Sorry to ask something again but when I click on the song link at the StepMania Home page, I have some song on this page but where are the others?

Before you play the song, press enter, find scroll and move it to reverse. I play reverse too .
