To put songs into FFR you should read stickies and use the search feature.

Pfft Tass is an old man and currently lives no where near me.

If you want a song in FFR, you have to contact the artist, ask if we can use it, send their reply to Tass. Then, take the song, submit it. Next, you have the choice of "stepping" the song yourself. If you don't know what that means, I suggest you don't step it, rather you just practice on some already made ones to get the gist of it. You can download Stepmania at www.stepmania.com I think it is. In this client, you can edit steps to songs, which inherintly means you can create your own.
