I pretty much know all up to frames...I know thats not a lot but oh well...to some of you, this may be a shock because my girlfriend knows more about HTML than I do.

Step 1: Learn HTML
Step 2: Learn PHP
Step 3:
Step 4: Profit
Anyways, www.htmlgoodies.com is where I learned all of my HTML... My website doesn't show it, but I'm actually extremely good at it. Just lazy. And PHP is always good to learn too... I don't have any sites on me, I learned it all through the PHP manual, try google.
If you learn HTML and PHP and are proficient in each, there's nothing standing in your way to making a good website... well except the cash to get one, hehe. -
Well, what are you specifically having problems with?Comment

First off : Don't use frames. Frames are bad.
Secondly : Learn CSS. It's a major help for designs and pretty much anything else.
Thirdly : Practice. Get yourself some webspace somewhere, and practice until you have a layout that appeals to you. To be honest, tutorials are pretty useless once you get past the basics, except in rare cases or as a reference.Comment
