well, i've seen a bunch of profiles where people have them, so i'd recommend you go ask those people (such as jesse since he used it for his gov project, i saw during class) maybe they'll be nice enough to tell you

Most of these sorts of things link back to the website if you click on it, or have a url somewhere on the card thing, so it shouldn't take too much work. Or you could try googling personal yugioh (yu-gi-oh) cards or something like that. Shouldn't take long to find either way

Since you're at school you probably won't be able to make one anyway, so why don't you just wait until you get home to look? Be patient young one, and learn the ways of Googlism, otherwise you shall be flamed by the greatest flamers this site has seen. You will have no eyebrows after being flamed if you do not learn of t3h googlism.

Well, google it, and if your school blocked the site then it blocked the site, it doesn't matter if someone links it to you or you find it on google.

I know a lot of people with diabetes, they are not slow.

Computers can not get diabetes.

Most of the time, the cards are made by the person. They indiviudally edit them, and re-write the words on them, probably using photoshop. I suppose you could wing it with MSPaint if you wanted.
