Or is your computer just complete and utter crap. If this is the case you need a new fan or you might have to give it more room to vent and take the dust out of the openings. Eather that or congradulations you have the chernoybal virus...keep a fire extingusher near your computer.

Everytime I do anything on my computer it makes funny noises as if it had asthma. Any suggestions on what could this be, caused by, and how I can fix this?

No I was just using it as a metaphor technically my computer is heating up so much that the fan is turning so fast it sounds like breathing
