Alright, I'm in school right now and I'm trying to figure out a way to listen to music on the comp through some website. I've tried youtube, which worked for a bit but now won't play more than 2 seconds of a song. Pandora is blocked, and Yahoo isn't getting any sound. Any ideas?

I just can't stand iPods. I have heard that they updated their software a bit, and all that good stuff, but in the past they've just had so many problems. and I have found mp3s that are cheaper and better than iPod because they're not brand name. I'll look for it next time I go to the store.

I've worked with iPods and other mp3 players extensively, taken them apart and put them back together, know their full technical specs, and have sold them for quite some time. So I can tell you you're quite wrong.
There are cheaper mp3 players, but they're not better. Do tell which one is better for a lesser price, I'm eager to hear..

As I said, I don't quite remember the name, and I don't claim to be an expert. All I know is that just about everyone I know with an ipod has complained about them to a large extent. Also, did they fix their itunes things? Cause it used to be that if someone put their ipod into your computer it would mess either with your itunes or ipod or something? Not sure, but do you know what I'm talking about?

try lime wire or bring ur ipod 2 skool and download itunes that is what i did and im in class listening to music right know? but ya i say itunes is safer and faster!!Comment

If you don't know what you're talking about, that's fine. But don't make such a strong statement and decide that iPods are the devil if you have no idea what you're saying.
iPods have just as many problems as many small electronics. Hardly any small hardware like that, be it phones, cameras, mp3 players, game systems, whatever they are, will have no problems.
I have multiple iPods and have no problem with connecting any of them. Of course, I think automatic sync is stupid, so I've turned that off..

I think Mac is retarded, but if they made a good mp3 player then I'll probably end up buying it. I haven't had the money, but I should have enough in about 2 weeks, so we'll see. Yea, I'm just heavily against Mac lol.

Why are you against Mac? List me specs, give me a comparison.
I am a PC user, and I think that the older iMacs were really limited, but the newer macs are simply high-end PCs with a different operating system than Windows. And the great thing is that Apple controls all of their hardware; you know that whatever Mac product you get will be compatible with the other.
You tell me how much better you can do than 8 cores simultaneously running at 3.0Ghz..
