I'd like to see the actual photo you went from. From what I can see the lower half of his face isn't quite proportional, like the mouth should be moved up a tad, because the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip is a bit much, and the chin could be shortened a bit, but other than that, very nice shading technique, and overall quite nice. Good one =D

I went from an enlarged photocopy so the basis wasnt exactly ideal. Proportion is another issue, as the expression is quite munted, so the basic figure again wasnt ideal. my teacher said it was technically the hardest painting of all the class, so im happy with the result

That is pretty impressive. =) I may be also looking at it and say the perspective is skewed and seems too long(?), but nonetheless, it looks really nice.
