somebody knows how ican upload a videos longer then 10 min? i see people do that.

Actually it's impossible now. There are no 10+ minute videos ever. You can change your account to director musician and all kinds of crap now freely but you still can't upload over 10 minutes. They shut down the application for a director 10+ minute accounts.
Although it does seem they are slightly leaniant with some parts as i have been able to leave a movie to about 11:05 although usually aslong as it is under 11 minutes exactly they tend to let it pass.
