Oh it's not on American/Canadian tv. It's fan subbed. You can download it on Kazaa subtitled, definatly worth it in my oppinion.

The series is actually still running brand new in Japan, so it's good to see it's getting subbed so fast. I haven't personally seen it yet, but I've heard nothing but good things.

I doubt that. The closest it is coming to North America is for Gamecube.
