Watched the full season of Firefly and got up to the last half hour of Serenity before crashing.

Mal kicks arse.

here's a story of how my spring break was ruined.

Went to the bank to cash a check Went up to the receptionist who started this conversation

Her> So are you 18 yet?
Me> No
Her> Well I'm going to keep asking until you are. When do you turn 18?
Me> In a few months. My birthday's in August.

(Hmmm?)

Her> That's too bad

(Getting my hopes up. She was kinda hot.)

Me> Oh, why is that?
Her> Once you're 18 you can start establishing some credit . . . blah blah blah nothing to do with sex.
