I don't think anyone really has sympathy for the penises of the rapists. What we are worried about is if women do it on purpose, or if they forget they have it in, or if it causes to even worse violence or death on behalf of the angry man.

well that might not be true, there are pathetic and petty people that make bull**** cases to try and jusify things... for example, this is A TRUE CASE, a robber was trying to (sneak in through the skylight i think???) break into a house, and fell and got stabbed with a kitchen knife that was left unnatended to on this old womans kitchen counter... he SUED her for it... WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?!?! im not sure about the outcome, its been so long since i was in the law class that i learned it in, but its the truth...

And Aries is right, it would cause a lot of legal trouble. Not only from those men that are tricked into the trap, but those similar to the story you posted: They try to rape, get injured, and sue.

but this thing, even tho on the surface seems like it could be a good thing...has lots of negatives, for both the guy and the girl. i hate the fact that there's horrible ppl out there, rapists, and that there would be women to use it for their own psychotic fun

but yes, if you think about it, almost everything has a negative reaction... i notice in a lot of commercials about medicine, you hear a lot of negative side effects... what good is an anti itch cream gonna do you if the area you use it on gets enflamed??? some side effects of the medicine tend to be just as bad or worse than the initial problem... everything will always have a negative effect, but you must try to see the good in it all, and trust to hope that most people will use it for good, and not maliscious purposes...

Don't you think this could be used as a double standard if say a girl goes to a party for the sole intention of harming a man like this and then pressing charges and getting money? People seem to always think the woman is 100% innocent, there ARE women that are out there for just the money, and this could just help them in their case.
