            Not really, unless they are displaying the same image as the main monitor, otherwise, they don't usually have a desktop.

                You can change the picture and add icons and windows and everything to them. The only thing I'm not sure about is the start menu. I don't see why MS wouldn't stick the option there though.

                                            The start menu is the desktop.
                                            The icons don't mean anything to me, you don't even have to have them there.
