I found that most people here complain about FFR vids/ Stepmania vids being offsync, so here's a tip. This tip is old, but some may not know about it.

Before you upload your FFR video, convert it to .WMV

It is then onsync. I'm not sure why, but it works. Hope this helps some people, especially Scottish (extremely offsync vids FTL)

There's the same problem with all sort of video too. Like on Dailymotion, some anime become offsync with voice/image. It tends to do that when my vid are in mp4 or real player format. I just convert them to wmv and it works fine.
