                      It wouldn't help you much in learning piano, it might increase the speed your fingers can move? It wouldnt help with posture or reading sheet music though.

                              well that's different from guitar hero cuz you're playing with an actual thing...not a look alike object with buttons :/
                              and i think it could help a person learn to play. i mean if you were to play a song, you would eventually memorise the buttons and such and be able to play it without everything else...it's kinda like how those keyboards work with the light up keys
