I feel so guilty...

Okay, to explain, the school I go to does not have locker rooms. Most people here do not change their clothes for gym, but someone I know named Zack sometimes changes his pants.

He changes in front of his locker, which is close to mine. The first time I was not near my locker, so I was lucky. Usually, he keeps his pants on for the rest of the day, but at the end of the day (just about half an hour ago), he changed his pants, and I feel quite guilty for standing near him while he wasn't wearing any pants.

There's nothing wrong with being naked in front of another dude or seeing another dude naked. That's what locker rooms are for: changing clothes.

It didn't bother Zack since there's no reason for it to have, and it really shouldn't bother you, either.

If, for some reason, I'm getting mixed signals and you're actually a girl, then I can understand your feeling guilty, but since it was in a locker room, there's really nothing big about it.

This school has no locker rooms, so Zack has to change in front of his hallway locker. Sometimes he changes behind the curtains on the stage in our gym, and I wish he'd do that more often. Unless somebody else occupied it of course.

I did not see him with his pants off, luckily. I wouldn't want somebody to accuse me of PDA (Public Displays of Affection) or some sort of sexual harrassment or something.

You shouldn't be feeling guilty. It's not your fault you have a locker next to him and seeing as how lockers are necessary, you're bound to bump into him. Whatever he chooses to do in front of his locker is his decision and shouldn't concern you. However, if you start thinking dirty thoughts, always staring at his boxers (or whatever), or do something like pull down his boxers (or w/e), that's when you'd probably feel guilty...
