Go to your forum profile, edit signature.

If you are on imageshack, just copy the Direct Link to the picture, then paste it in there. Then place it inside

like:
[.img]www.somerandompictures.com/picturethatdoesntexist.jpg[/img]
But without the . in the [.img]
