IIRC, the stat law in Texas is 17.

Emman, you've only fortified my suggestion by giving me his age. He can be incredibly manipulative of younger girls, and he knows it. That's all he's doing.

So, were she in Texas, even though she was below the age of consent, since he was within three years of her at the time, it's cool. Now, however, since he's over three years older, it could be considered statutory rape.

In the eleven other states (didn't find a list), however, no matter what his age, it would be a misdemeanor sexual offense.

It's %100 legal, She's from England. You're allowed to have sex/date/get married with parental consent when you're 16 over there

This sounds a little too wierd to me. Honestly...if you dumped him or whoever dumped who, it's over and it's been over. You should really move on...unless you actually love him too...but moving on and finding another is the safest way...

Tibs, I think this is evidence enough that either threads like this should either be immediately locked, or completely ignored by forum regulars. They don't want to hear what's right, so why even try? It's not even worth postcount +1 or the 1-2 minutes of effort.
