First step is to ask. Second step is to plan out an argument before you get into one.
Helpful hints:
Tell them that
It's for a good cause (Keeping a great free website up and running)
It's practical (Are you just gonna run around naked, then?)
That you'll be the most popular kid at school (Parents always love seeing their kids succeed in society, right?)
That you'll use your own money (I can only hope this one is a given)
That for how awesome you've gotten at FFR, you simply deserve to get a shirt that shows your accomplishments.

Regular USPS shipping, so they estimate 4-5 days, but it could be less or more.
