    A-Kon?

    Well, I'm sure a lot of us here like anime/DDR/ITG/J-Rock/Pop/Manga/Asian things in general, so who all is going to A-Kon18?

    For anyone who doesn't know, A-Kon is an anime convention hosted at Adam's Mark in downtown Dallas the first weekend in June every year.

    So, talk about the upcoming A-Kon, previous experiences with A-Kon, your stay at Adam's Mark/Westin/Wherever. Pretty much anything to do with A-Kon. Or, I guess, to broaden the subject, any anime convention you've been to.

    I went to A-Kon last year all three days, (my first time to go all three days) and I had a blast. I really can't wait for this year's. I've got my own hotel room this year, so there won't be any scrabbling to find a place to stay.

    Anyone else going?

      I went for a few hours on one of the days of the convention when I was a senior in high school or so. I remember its being a pretty cool deal. If I have the moneys I may revisit.

      Oh, now I remember that that's where I got my Lime cardboard thingie deal.

              I went once in 2005. It was pretty fun, and the megatokyo panel was so retarded lmao fred printed out a list of questions not to ask and everyone ignored them and asked anyways.
