most annoying webpage ever?

someone posted something a long time ago about the most annoying webpage ever... there are a couple.. i saved the website before.. but i lost the link... it was one where even with ctrl+alt+delete you cant get out of it.. and it made it so alt+F4 didnt work, too... anyone know the one im talking about? i need the link ASAP, im leaving school soon.. TYVM!!
