    Emulating Numpad

    I'm on a laptop, and I dont have a numpad.
    Does anyone know of a program that emulates the numpad?
    Like I could press F1 and that would act as "1" on the numpad.

    You can use autohotkey to make it so that F1 will act as 1. If you need to know all about autohotkey, look here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=41727

      I dont get it, I'm stuck on where I have to enter the data into the notepad.

      a::Send {left}
      s::Send {down}
      k::Send {up}
      l::Send {right}

      It says that, But I want f1 to emulate Numpad 1 and so on

        Then try:
        F1::Send {1}

          Do I type it after:

          #NoEnv ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with future AutoHotkey releases.
          SendMode Input ; Recommended for new scripts due to its superior speed and reliability.

                Re: Emulating Numpad

                Most laptops have a built-in numpad. Do you have a Fn key on your laptop that is a certain color (usually blue) and other symbols of that color on other keys? Usually there will be numbers the color of the Fn key (usually blue, as I said) around the uiojklm,. area. And there will probably be a numlock key on your keyboard that will activate these keys for you. Or if you just hold down Fn it'll let you use it like numpad, in case it's just a few numbers.
                So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

                In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

                So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
                And I write the blog for their website.

                Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O
