Anyone here going to or applying to NCSSM, the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics?

Just wondering, because I'm applying this year.

It's a totally free highschool for people with great interest in Math or Science. You live there in your Jr. and Sr. year of highschool. It's totally free and you get free tuition to any college in North Carolina if you attend the school for two years. To apply you must reside in North Carolina though... I guess no one in all of ffr goes to NCSSM lol... Maybe I'll be the first

It's open to anyone who wants to apply and is totally free... I'm not really sure if that's considered private or public... Private in the sense that you have to apply and only a certain number get accepted, Public in the sense that everyone can apply to it and it's totally free.

i applied and got in but then i ended up coming here to MD so a 6 hour commute for high school isnt happening....

I live in NC, but I'm not applying, because I'm not losing all my friends just to go to a math/science school

What school you go to Jerred? You look like this kid in my math class haha
