Baha you don't need to use an external program. Well you sort of do but you need to do something before that, and it will automatically open up your music player. Trying to give you hint without giving it all away here.

3 has to do with the URL as well. Think about it what clicking on mirror does.

Don't reflect the picture in level 3. Do what you did to get to level 3, but just reverse the answer.
