XOR has something to do with being in the middle of something, which is hinted with ey + mil = emily, saying that mil goes between the "e" and y" making "emily."
Notice the down arrow from the URL...and notice the .jpg with a key before it...so ___.jpg..figure that one out.
Lvl 6 you had to convert to ascii...so....
Lvl 20 what did you have to do?
Apply those concepts to the previous answer (the arrow pointing down) and then to the word you find from the ___.jpg
Once you have those two strings of numbers, XOR them.
Once you have that string, convert to ascii.
The rest you can figure out with clues from the actual puzzle. I pretty much did it for you.
