    I don't know what A+ is

But if you want to learn c++, learn the concepts of the language; what happens in the background. It will help a LOT compared to just memorizing the names of commands. This helps in case you do not remember something, you can simply recreate it, and it will force you to learn the language, and you will no just forget right after the test if you learn through school.

They offered CCNA training for us in highschool, but most of the class sucked at it. I don't think anyone out of our class got certified.

A+ is supposedly not very hard.

Sounds like our senior class last year. No one passed the A+ and it was sad because as you said it is supposed to be easy. hehe.
Still, i guess i have low self esteem but thanks for the support

A+, Cisco Networking, Microsoft Networking, Novel Networking, IC3 (dur), Cyber Security, and NSA Hacking Prevention certifications =\. Plus I have my bachelors in Network Engineering. I've never heard of Net+, what does it consist of?
In due time once all modern architecture is gone it will be called ancient. Because no matter how hard we work to perfect something, as time will progresses we shall dwell upon how imperfect it really was.

I think it's a course which consists of A+ CompTIA exams. About Administration and other networking jobs and qualifications. Might be an advanced course of A+.
