Either it's an S and M orgy or it's an SM orgy. That, or it's a regional delicacy, in sort of the same vein as how those in the upper portions of the Lower Peninsula have pasties (for the less-informed, it's basically a casserole wrapped in dough). Or some of the letters went out. I can't be totally sure.
