    Rubiks Cube Anyone?

I was wondering how talented you people are with the Cube.

It took me one entire day to learn how to solve it.
I could do it in less than 5 minutes at the end of that day.
After 3 days, my record was 3:13.
It has been about 6 months. A week ago it was 1:17.
    I now have a record of a flat 1:00.

I had a good teacher though. (My brother)

lol. I lost my rubiks cube. But at least I solved it once. My dad however, he can solve it in an instant, he's got this strategy/formula thing to do it.

There are a many ways to solve it.

          Layer method
          Corners First method
          Cube in a Cube method
          and many more

Too bad I don't have a webcam. I would film myself solving it. I have a digital camera, so I'll try it some time.

One of my friends can do a 3x3 in about :55 and a 4x4 in like.... 1:30. I suck at it though.

I always thought I was good at puzzles until I tried the Rubik's Cube. I spent hours on the thing but didn't get close to actually completing it. I had a cheap one I got for free so I just peeled off all the little colored stickers and put them back in the right place. That's the only real method of solving one of them things.

You know, the pieces can all pop out. Then you can put the actual pieces in, in the right spot.

By the way, how do you post videos? Would that be done in the gallery?

That is the gallery page with my video on it. I did it in 1:06 tonight. It is very dark, but you can still see what is happening. Tell me what you think.

I think it is the 3rd file on this page.

Rubik's cubes make my head hurt...but they're great fun if I'm extremely bored one day. I still can't solve them, but I almost had one using something similar to the "corners" stratagy.
One day there will be a really cool sig here. But not right now.

Ok. That one is a method that uses less algorithms and so is easier to learn.
