                      On the contrary, this could potentially mean it'll start sucking now.

                      Google has contracts it has to uphold, which is why videos get deleted from Google Video. You can't host full episodes of a show freely there. They'll remove it.

                      I sincerely hope they don't change anything with Youtube =/

                          I would prefer if youtube would stay free of Google's restrictions but include their good ideas and business sense.

                              Yea. Yesterday I watched the WoW South Park episode on youtube. It had been removed today due to copyright infringement, not saying that was google as I've seen it happen couple of weeks back with something else. I thought it was like a bad omen though.

                                  youtube removes stuff too... they just have to be informed of it first, whereas google is more proactive.

                                  either way, you have to realize that it doesn't really matter, the golden age of the internet is fading away. Eventually stealing stuff will just not be as easy.

                                          This Sucks

                                          YouTube was better off themselves. Not with Google. Youtube might have the same ol' stuff we like, or some of us like. But now its gonna have like Youtube map video blah blah blah, crap in it.
