I know people who cut themselves who are not emo.

I know people who are emo who do not cut themselves.

Therefore, any assumed link is not by any means absolute.

partially true,. cutting ur wrists has some things to do with being emo, its the reasons why people cut,. but not always. Being Emo can have no relation to cutting, but it totally depends on the situation, and the person.

Cutting your wrists while being emo is only an attention getting device and nothing more. You find a real cutter and have them explain why they do it and it will be nothing along the line of I'm depressed, or my girlfriend broke up with me.
