How do you make gifs from anime?
Like this one:


I want to make one of Mion from Higurashi doing that spin thing that she did in one of the episodes. The one where she spins while pointing upwards and then she crashes into some room.

Use a program that understands GIFs. I'm sure google could tell you of some.

You need a software program that will rip frame-by-frame from a video clip. Most of them will save each screenshot as an uncompressed .bmp file, which is huge.

I used to use one of them about 3 years ago but I forgot the name of it. Damn. Look around Counter-Strike forums because they usually use that one.
