I just happen to have a simple blocker that I've customized for you to block FFR.

Just double-click mvps, and every time you try to enter FFR, it will time out. When you want to unblock it, contact me at nforcer06164 at yahoo dot com to unblock it. Be sure to write that down, because once you block FFR, you won't be able to come back to talk to me =)
