Backstory:
See here's the deal, a Loooooooooooooong time ago (think january) my computer crashed and I couldnt log in to windows. I hit last known good config and everything went back to normal. sorta. I couldnt use OpenGL OR Direct3D (both which worked fine before). I reinstalled my Vid Card Drivers and OpenGL came back to life (woot stepmania) but Direct3D still didn't work. I Tried reinstalling DirectX, still no luck.
I have a Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti4200. I have the latest DirectX and Latest Card drivers, yet Direct3D doesn't work. Any suggestions?
