Most of it looks stupid. Everyso often they come out with something good or humorous. Chobits were humorous, I do admit. There were a few other small things, but I only see everything secondhand anyway.

Anime's cool, but when everyone around u is freakishly and totally obcessed.. they're attitude just sorta turns u off from it. So yeah.. I voted no. I may have loved it years ago, but now.. I just draw it; it and skeletons.

Yeah. Some of the styles are neat for drawing, but other than the artwork, it is horrible. Anime have no good story lines. When they do get one, it comes from a set of crazy circumstances that lead to an excption to a rule and then something happens. It happens all the time.

I hear way too much of that. Don't say it again unless you have done two things:

1) Gotten a (single) IP address.
2) Traced it to a residence, not some corporate router or proxy or school.

There are no "good stories" in anime.

As opposed to what? Books, of course. Video games, often times. Other television shows? Hell no.

Go watch "Arc the Lad" and tell me it doesn't have a good story (so it was taken from a game... big deal). Go watch "Princess Mononoke" and tell me it isn't better than a great deal of US movies. I could go on, but that was a simply ignorant thing to say.

The thing is, though, we here on this end tend to only get shows with lots of fanboys, and as you know, the best stuff pretty much always stays niche.

Watch the movies. Then post your opinion. If it is unchanged, you were not able to comprehend the storyline and I will know to just ignore you....forever.
