need help

this may sound like a stupid question, but are there another set of keys that are similar to the arrow keys? just like if u play ddr on the platforms, u got the buttons and the arrows.i begining to hvae a cramp in my right hand, and i need to no if there are other keys.

Spread-Bottom and left arrow keys with one hand, 8 and 6 on the numpad with the other.
