Wtf?

Howcome when i play SM, my left shoulder pains like a bitch? It's really irritating, because it's only my left one, and on my right hand, only my fingers start to hurt a bit, but hardly anything at all. I don't really do anything differently on my right hand though, except for spread i play as;' (as= index/middle ;'=middle/ring) but i've tried raising my chair, putting my wrists up and down, nothing seems to work. Though i think i am using my whole arm to play instead of just my wrists like i used to. I'm not sure how to just use my wrists anymore which is also really weird and gay. This happen to anyone else?

Yeah, thumbs on left, then right.. then index few month later.. then another index... all of discomfort was separate. Thumb stopped hurting, than month later index started too hurt... it's weird.
