How do I fix this? Started about a month ago for no apparent reason. I can connect to Windows Messenger (The one that comes equiped with the PC) but none other like 7.0 or Windows Live will not work.

Is the clock of your computer right? Check time, day, year. It sounds silly but it must be right.
