My house got hit last night with spray paint. Most likely it was the same people that we had to evict earlier because they completly trashed the place (I'll post some pictures), took out all the lightbulbs (Meaning they were tweaking), and on top of doing approximatly $7,000 worth of damage, they even had a 4 foot long, 300 pound pig running amok.
I didn't go over to help clean yesterday, but apperently there were trashbags full of dirty diapers IN the house. Out in the yard there are an assload of plastic kid toys like the cube with a slide, flinstone-style plastic cars, bicycles, sandboxes, ect. Old clothes and trash litter the backyard right now. Inside there were burn marks on the floor, and even a spot where something caught fire. The walls in the kids room are covered with crayon coloring, and have one of the most foul smells I've ever gotten to smell.
I'm not looking forward to the next month or so of cleaning this place
ps because I like to brag about it anyways I am a co owner on this house
