    Valuable Skill

    Meh Im learning right now in History these greek Roots that help you break fdonw long words and figure out there meanings without a dictionary.

    Ill post a few everyday just so I can share this skill with all of you

    There are around 130 of them and Im learnign latin right now

    Well heres the first ones

    DYS-bad
    examples
    *dystopia-Bad Place
    *dysgraphia- bad Writing


    OSTE-Bone
    *osteotome-chisel for dividing bone
    *osteotomy-Sectional cuttings of bone

    STOM-Opening
    *colostomy-opening in colon
    *enterostomy-Opening in abdominal Wall\

              MORPH-Form
              polymorphic-having many forms
              metamorphisis-Changing in shape or form

                      There are a lot of Latin words that you can use, too.

                      This was how I broke down that page-long term in the BIG WORD!!! topic and got about 90% of the meaning correct.
                      You fail.
