A techno remix program question

Hey I was just wondering does anyone know of any links or sites to free software that makes it so i can sorta make techno music? you know like just add sound effects to the song not make a whole new song somthing small time? i have tried wondering the internet and all i got was a couple of viruses that i had to delete can anyone help?

first get bittorrent second search for fruityloops or reason or whatever you want. far from legal, but that's how the internet works.

you also could go to www.download.com and get some freeware/shareware. Legal... free... but limited use/time.
